Viniq Ruby 75
This beautiful cocktail can be enjoyed year-round but was originally created for Valentine’s day while I spent the day with my girls getting ready for our dates. Instead of painting the town red my girlfriends and I decided to paint our nails red with a much-needed spa day complete with pedicures, manicures, and Viniq shimmery cocktails.
To start the magical day I decided to bring all the necessary ingredients for a festive Galentine’s day cocktail to the spa. So, what is Viniq anyway you may be asking? Viniq is a mix of vodka, Moscato, natural fruit flavors, and a one-of-a-kind shimmer. Viniq Ruby has a delicious characteristic of red berries, which are the perfect accompaniment to the gin, lemon juice, and Champagne for the Viniq Ruby 75. Sipping on the Viniq Ruby 75 while having a pedicure was the perfect start to our Valentine’s Day celebrations for my group of girlfriends.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Viniq Ruby
- 2 ounces champagne
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce lemon juice
Method:
- Add Viniq Ruby, gin, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake the mixture then strain it into a champagne flute
- Top mixture with champagne
