Caravedo Pisco Cocktails
One of the coolest experiences, when we visited Peru, was racing around the desert dunes in 4-wheel drive trucks in the Huacachina Oasis; how is this relevant you ask? Well, this desert happens to be the backdrop to the awesome vineyards where Caravedo Pisco is produced, and while we were in the area we couldn’t help but to drop by and check out their production facilities. WOW, the beautiful stills tucked amongst the stunning historical hacienda, with the grapevines in the background and a start desert stretching into amazing sand dunes in the backdrop is a sight to behold. Can’t get the Ica, I totally understand; but think of this while you sip on the delicious cocktails below.
