Aperol and Lemonade Popsicles with Edible Flowers

Today I wanted to focus on boozy popsicles that will help you simmer down when the temperature starts rising. I love boozy popsicles and think they are a fun creative addition to any party. With the 4th of July coming up this week these popsicles are the perfect combination of booze and frozen goodness to serve to your guests. I love Aperol because it is the Italian aperitif that tastes like summer in a bottle! Not only is the orange color so pretty in cocktails but the refreshing fruity flavor will keep you coming back for more. I combined lemonade in the first layer of the popsicles then topped them off with the lovely Aperol. Aperol is great for summer days and so is lemonade so it was a match made in heaven from the start. The addition of edible flowers makes the popsicles so beautiful to the eye and gives the lemonade a fresh herbal flavor. Boozy Aperol popsicles will be a hit at your next party. Start making these dreamy ice pops today for the 4th of July and your party guest will love you!
