Minty Orange Champagne Cocktail
I like having a midweek celebration usually this includes a glass of bubbles. It’s fun to switch it up once in a while and try a Champagne cocktail. This drink looks super fancy and will impress a group of your friends. This drink has a mint shrub which sounds complicated but it is a vinegar-based syrup.
I like using shrubs to flavor cocktails because they add a savory tartness to the drink without all the sugar. If you don’t want to make the shrub you could use a mint simple syrup instead but the drink will be a little sweeter. Enjoy your day with this pimped-out Champagne cocktail because everyone needs to be celebrated!
