Pecan & Coconut Mojito

Today I am pairing one of my favorite flavors, which is coconut with rum! I have also made pecan simple syrup to fancy this cocktail up with festive flavor. The best part of this cocktail is the side dessert; the coconut macaroon. Have your own sweet happy hour and pair your favorite cocktail with your favorite cookie!

Method:

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker with lime juice, coconut cream, pecan simple syrup, and mint leaves
  2. Muddle the mixture until the ingredients are married together
  3. Strain the mixture then stir in the rum
  4. Rim the serving glass with powdered sugar then fill the serving glass with ice
  5. Add mixture to serving glass and top off with club soda
  6. Pour mixture into serving glass
  7. Garnish with mint leaves with sprinkled powdered sugar
