Sake Negroni Bramble
Every year we get really excited about Negroni Week and this year we have created some unique cocktails to share with you all week. This one is a Negroni Bramble and came about while we were in Buenos Aires surrounded by bitter cocktails and we really wanted a negroni. We were playing around with different ingredients and ended up keeping it fairly close to the original with white vermouth, sake, and Campari but decided to serve it tall over crushed ice.
Recipe:
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sake
- 1 ounce white vermouth
Method:
- Crush ice and fill a collins glass
- Pour the sake and white vermouth directly into the glass
- Top with Campari for effect
- Stir quickly to mix ingredients together
- Enjoy!
