Rose Negroni
You may have noticed that I love Campari and one of my favorite cocktails is the Negroni. I also love recreating the Negroni and adding a special twist and seasonal ingredients to complement it. Today I am making a perfect lovers Negroni, complimented with the flavors of rose. I love the deep red color of the Negroni and the rosewater in this cocktail gives it a floral flavor. The floral flavor and the bitter flavor make this a romantic cocktail for your special someone or even to enjoy alone.
- In a glass add Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, rosewater, and ice
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed
- Strain into serving glass
- Garnish with edible rose
