Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float

Seattle is having amazing weather so I have been making cocktails with sorbet. Today I am sharing a raspberry sorbet float made with champagne. This is the perfect treat to beat the heat. This is also an easy drink to make just scoop the sorbet into the glass and top it with the sparkling wine of your choice. This is perfect for a summertime cocktail as well as for dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 6 scoops of raspberry sorbet
  • 8 ounces of champagne

Instructions:

  • Divide scoops of ice cream into two glasses
  • Top with sparkling wine
