Pomegranate Vodka Fizz

Today I am sharing and celebrating pomegranate. I love when I can find fresh pomegranates in stores as they pair so lovely with vodka and champagne. This is what I like to call an easy way to upgrade your champagne, cava, or prosecco. No vodka around you could add another spirit like gin or just leave out the hard booze altogether and combine just pomegranate juice and sparkling wine. Let’s raise a glass of bubbly that has been perfectly spiked with booze and pomegranate!
