Cocktail with Scots Gold Whisky

Mix cocktails with a blended Scotch whisky like no other. Scots Gold Whisky is masterfully blended using the finest Lowland grain whiskies and at least fifteen different malt whiskies, with a high concentration of Speyside & Highland malts. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks to create truly some exceptional spirits, which I have crafted the following cocktails with.

Scots Gold Rob Roy

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Scots Gold Black
• ¾ ounce sweet vermouth
• 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
3. Double strain into a cocktail glass
4. Garnish with cherries

Scots Gold and Soda

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces Scots Gold Black
• Soda water to top

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass with ice
2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
3. Garnish with an orange peel

Scots Gold Penicillin

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Scots Gold Black
• ¾ ounce lemon juice
• ¾ ginger honey syrup
• ¼ ounce of Scots Gold 8 Year Old

Method:

1. Add all ingredients, except Scots Gold 8 Year Old, into a shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
3. Double strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice
4. Then top with ¼ ounce of Scots Gold 8 Year Old

Scots Gold Strawberry Scotch Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Scots Gold 8 Year Old
• ¾ ounce lemon juice
• ¾ strawberry syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
3. Strain out the ice
4. Dry shake to further emulsify the ingredients
5. Double strain into a coupe glass
6. Spray or dash bitters on top of the foam
7. Garnish with a lemon peel
