Limoncello Negroni

I have always talked about the delicious Limoncello Negroni and have shared it on social media, however, I realized I haven’t added it to this website for some reason. So here I am fixing that oversight. I absolutely love the balance of this cocktail, it is rich, yet mellow, and has all the amazing complexity of the classic Negroni, with an extra element of the limoncello.

Recipe:

• 1 ounce limoncello
• 1 ounce campari
• 1 ounce blanc vermouth

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
3. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over fresh ice
4. Garnish & Enjoy!
