Italian Mule
Today I am sharing a fun and tasty twist on the classic Moscow Mule. I have added Amaro Lucano to this refreshing cocktail. Amaro is a traditional herbal liqueur that has been becoming popular all over the country. Amaro Lucano is made with over 30 herbs and essential oils.
A lot of winter cocktails have an Amaro element but it can also be used to liven up summer cocktails. I have added it to the classic Moscow Mule to upgrade from the norm. It blends perfectly with ginger beer. It can also be sipped on straight from the bottle and would be great to serve with dessert after dinner. So, this is the perfect addition to your home bar. Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of vodka
- 1 ounce of Amaro Lucano
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- 6 ounces of ginger beer
Method:
- To the serving glass add ice, vodka, Amaro Lucano, lime juice, and vodka
- Stir mixture
- Top with ginger beer
