Brunchy Spritz Bar

The bar cart always brings the party. Am I right? I am currently obsessed with rolling out this bar cart from Macy’s Hotel Collection at all my parties including this brunchy get-together. The best thing about this cart is that guests can make their own spritz cocktails right on the cart and since I always love a good garnish I have included a citrus garnish station. Let’s just say the party is always at my house. What is your favorite way to entertain at home?

Recipe:

• 1 ounce of a bitter aperitif (Suze, Aperol, Campari)
• 1 ounce of dry vermouth
• Champagne (to top)

Method:

1. Stir bitter aperitif and dry vermouth
2. Strain into Macy’s coupe cocktail glass
3. Garnish with citrus
