Strawberry and Rhubarb French 75
One of my favorite cocktails is the classic French 75! It comes to the table with everything I adore: Champagne, gin, and lemon. I love drinking champagne after a long day but so many times I forget about ordering this classic gem! To amp this classic up a notch I have added beautiful strawberries and a rhubarb simple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rhubarb syrup
- 3-4 ounces of Ste. Michelle Brut
Instructions:
- Add gin, lemon juice, rhubarb simple syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake the mixture then strain it into a champagne glass
- Top with Ste. Michelle Brut
- Garnish with a strawberry
