Rosy French 75
This is a spin on the classic French 75 one of my all-time favorite cocktails. I used Rosa Regale Sparkling Red from Banfi and the flavor is rose and raspberries. This is a perfect flavor combination for a special girls’ brunch especially if you are serving french toast or pancakes. I added a hint of rose water, lemon juice, and gin to make this easy and tasty cocktail for your friends. If they don’t love gin you could always substitute vodka. Let’s celebrate with French Toast and a French 75!
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3-4 ounces of Rosa Regale Sparkling Red
- 1 dash rosewater
Instructions:
- Add gin, lemon juice, rosewater, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake mixture then strain into a champagne flute
- Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Red
