Today I have been brainstorming fresh and unique tequila drinks. I recently stumbled upon a tequila sunrise recipe and that intrigued me to make some type of version for you. I decided to go with blood oranges instead of the typical orange juice and added a spicy Thai syrup!

This week I have tried to stay away from the sweet syrups but this only calls for a tiny bit because believe me these Thai chilies are super duper spicy! The blood orange juice is super refreshing and adds a tangy to the drink. The pomegranate and Thai chili in this drink actually balance each other out. The sweetness from the pomegranate and the spicy from the Thai chili make this drink so insanely good. This drink would be amazing at a party turned into a punch. Let’s spice up this tequila sunrise!
