I love doing food pairings on my website as I love to cook and hopefully these pairings may help you create a fun memory next time you entertain. Today, I am sharing a simple pairing of chicken tacos and a pineapple grapefruit Margarita. The chicken tacos have a pineapple salsa that compliments the pineapple in the Margarita. I love using pineapple because it sweetens and gives a tropical flair to cocktails and dishes; I may be in love with pineapple! Cheers to the food and drink pairings! I hope you like them! Go Seahawks!
