Today’s recipe is representative of the weather we are having in Seattle. I made this drink as a reflection of that because it is so refreshing but also packs on a bit of heat. The two peppers; fresh jalapeño and black pepper give this drink two different kinds of heat. I like this because it adds so much flavor to the drink. The strawberry adds some sweetness and fresh fruit flavor which balances both peppers. This is the perfect cocktail for your mid-week pleasure. Make this cooler tonight and experience both spicy and sweet!
