More premium mixers for drink drinkers:
StrangeLove adds three brand new flavours to their range of premium mixers.
In a move that will bring joy to drink drinkers across the country, best friends, Bruce and Fox work together every single day in the pursuit of success and inevitable glory, by bringing you three new StrangeLove premium mixers to their 180ml mixer range:
- Dry Ginger Ale
- Fancy Lemonade
- Salted White Grapefruit
Having previously released four unique tonic waters and a ginger beer, the three new products aim to fill a gap in the marketplace by creating an adult, sophisticated mixer for dark spirits, vodka and tequila.

Dry Ginger Ale (with a twist of Applewood)
For this unique Ginger Ale, StrangeLove partnered with a UK company who has developed a proprietary process to smoke water. The result – a Dry Ginger Ale made with Applewood smoked water – carries delicate and complex notes of Applewood smoke that add a subtle peaty undertone. Burnt sugar provides a sustained, deep caramel body and luxurious mouthfeel, while high-spec aromatic ginger oil makes for a complex, lively spice profile. Pairs beautifully with most premium dark spirits – dark rum and bourbon being the obvious highlights.

Fancy Lemonade
The goal here was to create an exquisite, premium lemonade with layer upon layer of nuance and complexity. A simple drink, made complicated, made simple again. Firstly, StrangeLove sourced premium, pulpy Australian lemon juice which added a true-to-life lemon zest and premium mouth feel. This was then layered with hi-spec Sicilian lemon and clementine oils, to create a unique, complex citrus profile. Relatively dry at 6.0g sugar/100ml, this Lemonade is a citrus masterpiece and represents a totally new take on this classic drink. Best paired with gin, vodka or white rum.

Salted White Grapefruit
Despite a world-wide grapefruit shortage, StrangeLove sourced zesty white grapefruits from Cuba and layered them with hi-spec grapefruit oil, creating a second-to-none, complex grapefruit profile. Using premium Murray River pink flake salt helped amplify the tart, sour grapefruit notes and made it a natural pairing for spirits such as Tequila and Mezcal that demand – and deserve – a salty, sour, tangy mixer.

StrangeLove Co-founder and avid turtleneck-wearer Stafford Fox, said “for us this was a natural progression, we took everything we new about making tonic water – which is actually quite a complex process – and applied it to these other drinks that are typically overlooked. The result is pretty cool, there is absolutely nothing like this on the market..”
James Bruce – StrangeLove Global Head of Heads – agreed saying, “I agree with what Stafford said”.
The StrangeLove premium mixer range launches on August 1st into independent liquor retailers and premium grocery outlets across the country.
