You may have noticed that I love Campari and one of my favorite cocktails is the Negroni. I also love recreating the Negroni and adding special twist and seasonal ingredients to compliment it. Today I am making a perfect lovers Negroni complimented with flavors of a rose. I love the deep red color of the Negroni and the rosewater in this cocktail gives it a floral flavor. The floral flavor and the bitter flavor make this a romantic cocktail for your special someone or even to enjoy alone.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounces Campari
- 1 ounces gin
- 1 ounce of sweet vermouth
- 1/4 teaspoon of rosewater
- 1 cup of ice
Garnish: Edible Rose
Instructions:
- In a glass add Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, rosewater, and ice. Stir until all ingredients are mixed up.
- Strain into serving glass
- Garnish with edible rose
