Today I am sharing a recipe that was created by Brian Dressel out of Austin, Texas. This recipe was Patrón’s Margarita of the Year and is perfect for daytime sipping or a smoky nightcap. I especially love the smokiness from the smoked paprika that pairs perfectly with Patrón Silver. The pineapple juice adds a sweetness that is highlighted by the smokiness of the sea salt. This Margarita is easy to make and is perfectly balanced!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of Patrón Silver
- ½ ounce of fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce of pineapple juice
- ½ ounce of agave nectar
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- Pinch of smoked sea salt
Garnish: Lime and a dusting of smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Prepare an old fashioned glass by moistening the rim and rolling it in smoked sea salt
- Shake everything with ice
- Fine strain over fresh ice cubes in prepared glass
