There is a cute South African Teahouse in my neighborhood in Seattle called Cederberg. I love going to this place to work because it is close to my place but the real feature at this place is the Rooibos tea. I usually get a Rooibos tea latte and it is beautiful. It is like a layered cocktail drink but milk and tea brought together to form something beautiful.

One day when I was working I was talking to owners about my website and they graciously gave me some Rooibos tea to experiment with and potentially make some cocktails. It did not take much experimenting to come up with something great because the Rooibos tea is such a tasty product. I decided to go with a cherry coffee flavor so I started with a cherry vodka. I brewed the Rooibos tea in my espresso maker and let it cool down. Check out this guide from the unclutterer on how to choose the best coffee maker to make tasty tea and coffee cocktails. I mixed the cool tea and vodka together and added milk! Bam an easy and wonderful cocktail with some seriously good flavor profiles. The iced tea is perfect for summer and also gives you the caffeine fix needed for this Tuesday. Make summer icy with this beautiful and tasty treat!
