It’s time to savor outdoor grilling during the summer and remember you can always add grilled fruit to your favorite cocktail. Recently, I had everyone over for a grilling party and decided to make a grilled cocktail. My first thought was to grill pineapple because I love the tropical taste and it holds up perfectly to being grilled. I grilled three pineapples because let’s just say the first two were for experimenting and snacking! Take your cocktails to the grill (get ideas from Outdoor Cooking Pros if you don’t have one yet!) and enjoy summer even more.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of tequila
- 3 slices of grilled pineapple, chopped
