A Blueberry Margarita is just the key to a fresh farmer’s market berry drink. The addition of pink peppercorns kick this Margarita up a notch. It balances the sweetness of the blueberries with the peppery essence from the pink peppercorns. I love this combination because I get my sweet and spicy craving all in one drink. Also, if you do not have pink peppercorns at home you could use regular black peppercorns. The peppercorns add a fun and unique twist to your typical fruit Margarita.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of tequila
- 2 ounces of orange juice
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ½ teaspoon of pink peppercorns
- ½ cup of ice
- 1 teaspoon of agave
Garnish: Wooden skewer of blueberries and sugar rim
Instructions:
- In a blender add tequila, orange juice, blueberries, pink peppercorns, ice and agave
- Blend until chilled and mixed
- Rim serving glass with sugar
- Pour mixture into serving glass
- Garnish with blueberries on a wooden skewer
