I initially put together this delicious hot toddy for a Christmas party but have since continued making it throughout the year to keep me warm during the cooler nights. I always like to support local and luckily living in Seattle there is no shortage of Apple Cider producers to keep it interesting.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of whiskey
- 6-7 ounces of apple cider depending on serving glass
- ¼ of a lemon, juiced
- Garnish: 1 slice of apple with cloves
Instructions:
- In a small sauce pan heat up the apple cider
- Pour the whiskey and lemon into the serving glass
- Top with hot apple cider
- Divide the orange juice and bourbon mixture between the two mason jars
- Garnish with apple slice and cloves
