After the weather we have been having in Seattle it is time to break out the Margaritas; I simply love having parties with tacos and Margaritas! It is so easy, fun and festive! Today I am sharing a raspberry and jalapeño Margarita that is spicy and tangy. Raspberries aren’t overly sweet so they are the perfect combination with the spicy jalapeños. Also, tequila is so good with a spicy component.

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Blue Nectar Reposado Special Reserve
- 5 slices of jalapeños
- 8 fresh raspberries
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of agave
- 1/2 cup of ice
- salt for rim
Garnish: Raspberries
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker combine Blue Nectar Reposado Special Reserve, jalapeños, raspberries, lime juice, agave and ice
- Rim the serving glass with salt
- Shake mixture for 20 seconds and pour mixture into serving glass
