Watermelon Punch
Last week while scrolling through Instagram I saw some people using watermelons as kegs so I wanted to do something similar but a little more simple. This is a watermelon punch bowl I carved out with little effort and it couldn’t be easier to put together when entertaining. I first cut the top off of the watermelon and used a knife and spoon to cut out all of the excess pulp, then blended that up and mixed it with the delicious new Smirnoff Sourced Watermelon to give it some extra kick. Smirnoff Sourced Watermelon is a new product and perfect for cocktails. The punch needed a little balance still so I combined some lemon juice and agave syrup to bring it all together and from there it was such a hit.
Recipe:
- ¾ bottle of Smirnoff Sourced Watermelon
- 1 cup lemon juice
- ½ cup agave syrup
- 1 watermelon
Method:
- Cut the top of the watermelon off with a sharp knife
- Cut excess pulp out of watermelon
- Combine ½ of the pulp, Smirnoff Sourced Watermelon, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a blender with 1 cup of ice
- Blend until smooth
- Add ice if necessary
- Enjoy!
