Tropical Turkish Delight

We don’t get the opportunity to pretend to be healthy very often, so when a company like Blossom Water asks us to mix up a delicious cocktail with one of their all-natural, low-calorie flavors, we jumped at the chance. We had a number of flavor options to choose from and found that we preferred the combination of rose and lemon, though each of their combinations were delicious. The flavor of the water is enhanced with the floral aspect, lending a delightful aroma and refreshing nuance to the vibrant fruit finish.

With all of that in mind, we wanted to create something that used this flavor profile and simply elevated the profile of the Blossom Water. Starting off with using a botanical forward London dry gin as the base of the cocktail to boost the wonderfully complex palate and work with the bright tangy lemon in the water. We also added in some coconut syrup to elevate the sweet Turkish rose and make the concoction a little more tropical, then we rounded it out with some lime juice and a dash of Peychaud’s bitters.
