Toasted Vanilla Kentucky Buck

Y’all know that my go-to Bourbon is Four Roses so I am excited to share a FUN Valentine’s Day recipe that features Four Roses Small Batch and their collaboration with OSMO Salt on their Toasted Vanilla Bourbon Salt! I am currently using this salt on everything, from cocktails to food AND it is perfect to create fun date night cocktails! Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
• ¾ ounce lemon juice
• ¾ ounce honey syrup
• 2 Strawberries
• 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
• Top with ginger beer
• Osmo x Four Roses Toasted Vanilla Bourbon Salt for rim

Method:

1. Rim glass with Osmo x Four Roses Toasted Vanilla Bourbon Salt
2. Add strawberries to a shaker then muddle
3. Add Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice and Aromatic Bitters to the shaker with ice
4. Shake then strain into highball glass with ice
5. Top with ginger beer and stir
6. Garnish with strawberry and lemon peel
