Summer Strawberry Paloma

Paloma Time! Reminiscing on this wonderful SUMMER DRINK I prepared for my 4^th of July celebrations this year. This Strawberry Paloma is made with El Mayor Tequila Reposado, which is aged in American white oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months and makes a perfect earthy addition to this Fav Tequila Cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces of El Mayor Tequila Reposado
• ½ ounce lime juice
• ½ ounce strawberry syrup
• 1 ounce grapefruit juice
• Soda water

Method:

1. Rim glass with salt and chili powder mixture
2. Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker
3. Shake then strain over fresh ice
4. Top with soda
5. Garnish with strawberries
