Strawberry Gin Sour
Today I am sharing a fun cocktail filled with strawberries and gin. I love using strawberries because they add a sweet and tart flavor to the drink without a lot of sweetness. This drink is perfect for happy hour tonight and then if you buy strawberries you can reuse the rest for a fun strawberry punch tomorrow.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- 3 strawberries, chopped
- 1 egg white
Method:
- Add strawberries, gin, lemon juice, agave, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for 20 seconds then fill the cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake mixture then strain into serving glass
