Spicy Serrano Michelada

After spending so much time in Mexico I often get cravings for delicious foods and drinks I have enjoyed there so when I see events such as National Michelada Day pop up on my calendar I get really excited. I got ahead of myself and made this Spicy Serrano Michelada with Clamato juice and all things Mexican.

Recipe:

Method:

  1. Rim glass with Tajin
  2. Slice serrano pepper and add to the glass
  3. Add 3 dashes of Worcestershire to the glass
  4. Add 1 pinch of cracked black pepper to the glass
  5. Add 1 ounce of lime juice to the glass
  6. Add 4 ounces of Clamato to the glass
  7. Stir to combine ingredients
  8. Top with beer
  9. Garnish with lime and serrano pepper
  10. Enjoy!
