Spicy Serrano Michelada
After spending so much time in Mexico I often get cravings for delicious foods and drinks I have enjoyed there so when I see events such as National Michelada Day pop up on my calendar I get really excited. I got ahead of myself and made this Spicy Serrano Michelada with Clamato juice and all things Mexican.
Recipe:
- 4 ounces Clamato juice
- 1 Mexican beer
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
- 1/2 serrano pepper
- Tajín for rim
Method:
- Rim glass with Tajin
- Slice serrano pepper and add to the glass
- Add 3 dashes of Worcestershire to the glass
- Add 1 pinch of cracked black pepper to the glass
- Add 1 ounce of lime juice to the glass
- Add 4 ounces of Clamato to the glass
- Stir to combine ingredients
- Top with beer
- Garnish with lime and serrano pepper
- Enjoy!
