Sparkling Dreams Martini
Last week I decided to have a girl’s night to celebrate awards season! I also decided to play bartender and make a shimmery and sweet Viniq Ruby martini that I like to call the “Sparkling Dreams Martini”. My girlfriends gathered at my house and we mixed up several of these martinis and watched our favorite women walk the red carpet. We also chatted about our goals and dreams that we have for our own lives. This night was a perfect way to bond with each other and toast ourselves as we continue to make our dreams shimmer! Lift your Viniq martini and let’s make a toast to women on and off the red carpet who inspire us to bring the shimmer.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of Viniq Ruby
- 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth
- 2 ounces of champagne
Method:
- Add Viniq Ruby, dry vermouth, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake mixture then strain into a coupe glass
- Top mixture with champagne
