Sea Bird

Excited to make a variation on one of my fav classic cocktails, the Jungle Bird! Say HELLO to the Sea Bird featuring Goslings Spirited Seas Rum. This is Goslings latest creation that takes premium, aged, dark Bermuda rums AND ages them in bourbon barrels at SEA 🌊 How AMAZING IS THAT? This provides tasting notes of salted caramel, spice, and a smooth finish!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces Goslings Spirited Seas
  • ¾ ounce Campari
  • 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce coconut syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
  2. Shake then strain over an ice sphere
  3. Garnish with cherries and pineapple fronds
