Reposado Clover Club with El Mayor
Who is ready for TEQUILA cocktails? I mixed up the classic Clover Club cocktail with El Mayor Tequila Reposado for y’all! I also made a raspberry and strawberry syrup to add to the mix. The El Major Reposado has a medium body with notes of perfumed fruity agave and spice, which adds so much flavor to this cocktail. Def recommend this bottle for your home bar. (Remember what I said about getting quality spirits that are good to sip on & make cocktails; this is one of those bottles which is a WIN-WIN)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of El Mayor Tequila Reposado
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce berry simple syrup (strawberry & raspberry)
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- 1 egg white
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake then strain out the ice
- Shake again without ice then strain into serving glass
- Garnish with lemon peel and raspberries
