Raspberry Sorbet 75

Valentine’s Day Cocktail ideas coming your way! 🍹🍦 I thought I would start sharing some themed cocktails 🥰 This is a Fun twist on the French 75 and it is so DELISH with raspberry sorbet.

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce gin
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 1 bar spoon honey
• 1 scoop of raspberry sorbet
• Prosecco Rosé (I used @lamarcaprosecco)

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker except sparkling wine
2. Shake then pour into serving glass
3. Top with Prosecco Rosé
4. Garnish with raspberries
