Raspberry Breakfast Sour
Putting JAM in all my cocktails 🍹 This Raspberry Breakfast Sour is a twist on the classic Breakfast Martini! I added an egg white for texture and mouthfeel but it’s optional!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 barspoon of raspberry jam
- 1 egg white
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake to chill and combine all the ingredients
- Strain out ice, and shake again to further emulsify the ingredients
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish & Enjoy!
