Raspberry Breakfast Sour

Putting JAM in all my cocktails 🍹 This Raspberry Breakfast Sour is a twist on the classic Breakfast Martini! I added an egg white for texture and mouthfeel but it’s optional!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon of raspberry jam
  • 1 egg white

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake to chill and combine all the ingredients
  3. Strain out ice, and shake again to further emulsify the ingredients
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass
  5. Garnish & Enjoy!
