Ramos Amaro Fizz
This Beautiful Booze variation takes one of the more decorated classics and overdoses it with flavor. The biggest change is obviously the Amaro being used in place of gin, which gives this cocktail a much bolder visual and flavorful characteristics. We chose the Amaro di ANGOSTURA® not only because it has been awarded the best in the world but also find the flavor profile is very rounded and palatable for everyone, not just those who are already accustomed to Amari. As you look through the recipe you can see where other less significant substitutions have been made and these should not be overlooked as they assist certain flavors in the Amaro to flourish and tantalize your taste buds. You can’t make a good Ramos Fizz without the final 3 ingredients that on paper really look more like part of a dessert recipe but once combined and shaken correctly they are the most essential parts of this cocktail coming together.
