Pomegranate Boulevardier
Today I have a twist on a classic recipe that I am sharing. I am obsessed with Negronis so I decided to do a twist on the classic rye version here and it is so tasty. It’s a Pomegranate Boulevardier the pomegranate flavor adds a bit of a seasonal fruit taste and sweetness! This sweetness works really well with the rye and the Campari. In this instance, it is kind of hard to stray from the regular Boulevardier but the pomegranate gives you a little different cocktail perspective. So, let’s explore some rye cocktails!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Bulleit Rye
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- ½ ounce pomegranate juice
Method:
- In a glass add Campari, Bulleit Rye, sweet vermouth, pomegranate juice, and ice
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed up
- Strain mixture into a serving glass
- Garnish with an edible flower
