Pink Peppercorn and Raspberry Margarita

Today is looking especially good because it’s International Tequila Day and I have partnered with Patrón Tequila to bring you this amazing Pink Peppercorn and Raspberry Margarita. I came up with this cocktail while at Tales of the Cocktail last week in New Orleans and I wanted something really fresh but with a good kick. Pink peppercorns are an ingredient I always like experimenting with but I think in a fresh cocktail like this they just go so well.

Recipe:

  • 1.5 ounces of Patrón Reposado
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce of pink peppercorn syrup
  • 5 fresh raspberries

Method:

  1. Rim glass with salt
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice
  3. Strain over fresh ice
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime wheel
  5. Enjoy!
