Pineapple Michelada

Happy Michelada Day! Y’all know that I am OBSESSED with Micheladas after spending so much time in Mexico. Collaborating with Clamato to bring you my FAVORITE Michelada recipe is a dream partnership for me! This recipe is only 3 ingredients & so easy to make at home or at any summer celebration. Clamato X Pineapple X Beer is the combo of the SUMMER! I wanted to share the full recipe demo so y’all can make this with ease for friends and family! 

If you aren’t familiar with Clamato it’s a tomato juice cocktail that is the PRIME ingredient for the Michelada which is simply made with Clamato & Beer. I have added pineapple to take it up a notch. This is a staple for party planning this summer & YOU can even use Clamato for cooking in dishes such as ceviche, gazpacho & tacos which are all great pairings for this Michelada. 

From Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta this is my go-to drink on vacay, BUT I enjoy making these at home as well for BBQ’S in the park, outdoor entertaining, or at the beach with friends. I also found a neighborhood spot called Pony Boy in Brooklyn that serves the BEST michelada for BRUNCH! Try this salty & sweet twist on the classic.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Clamato
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice 
  • Top with beer

Method:

  1. Add ice to a glass then add all ingredients 
  2. Top with beer 
  3. Garnish with pineapple frond and lime wheel
