WA STATE coming through with a VIBE today! Olympia Beer has launched Olympia Artesian Vodka & I am celebrating the occasion by whipping up this PNW Tipple, featuring this local vodka that is made w/ artesian water that flows from the Cascade Mountains! It is produced & bottled right down the street in Olympia, WA, the birthplace of Olympia Brewing Company and Olympia Beer.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces The Original Olympia Vodka
• ¾ ounce lime juice
• ¾ ounce blueberry syrup
• 2 ounces ginger beer

Method:

1. Add vodka, lime juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
3. Double strain into serving glass over fresh ice
4. Top with ginger beer
5. Garnish with a lime twist or dried lime wheel
