Minty Delight
It’s Blood Orange SZN! I am super excited to mix up a fun cocktail featuring KLYR Rum with mint, blood orange juice, simple syrup, and soda. I love that KLYR rum has a women master distiller; Lexi Close who is pushing boundaries and innovating products like KLYR. This is the perfect refreshing winter cocktail. If you aren’t familiar with KLYR Rum it is a silver rum.
I love using Klyr Rum because it’s super versatile and perfect for mixing a variety of cocktails. It pairs super well with citrus so cocktails like daiquiris are delish with this rum as well as simplistic concoctions like rum and soda with a squeeze of citrus.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of KLYR Rum
- 1 ounce of blood orange juice
- ½ ounce of cane sugar syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- Soda
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker except soda
- Shake then strain over ice into serving glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with mint
