JDV Pimm’s Spritz

The cocktail is a riff on the delicious Aperol Spritz where we have simply used Pimm’s Blackberry & Elderflower in place of Aperol to give it a little extra kick. By doing this I think this Spritz really has a lot more depth in flavor and it certainly kicked up the bitterness initially, but that’s not a bad thing and we were able to balance it out very easily.

Recipe:

• 2 ounces Prosecco
• 1.5 ounces Pimm’s Blackberry & Elderflower
• Splash of soda

Method:

1. Fill a wine glass with ice
2. Pour in Prosecco
3. Add Pimm’s Blackberry & Elderflower
4. Top with soda
