Insta Vacay
My favorite Daiquiri-style cocktail from my book that I decided to upgrade with a spritz of Green Chartreuse to add some more layers of flavor! It’s a cross between a Daiquiri & a Piña Colada and was inspired by a cocktail I had at Dirty Dick Paris. It’s really the best of both worlds! In the book, I use pineapple rum as the base but I currently don’t have any at home so I used rum plus pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Monin coconut syrup
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake to chill and combine the ingredients
- Spritz glass with Green Chartreuse
- Strain into glass over a large cube of ice
- Garnish & Enjoy!
