The inclusion of 50% Hefeweizen beer and 50% real juice makes these beers perfect for mixing into delicious, refreshing cocktails year-round and the wonderful colors work perfectly for Halloween entertaining.

Spooky Salty Dog

Recipe:

• 1 ounce gin
• 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 2-3 ounces Schöfferhofer Grapefruit

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, except Schofferhofer, in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
3. Rim a double old-fashioned glass with black salt
4. Strain into your glass over fresh ice
5. Top with Schöfferhofer Grapefruit
6. Garnish & Enjoy!

Bubbly Pom Spooky Cosmo

Recipe:

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce triple sec
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 5 ounces Schöfferhofer Pomegranate
• Black sugar

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, except Schofferhofer, in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine ingredients
3. Rim cocktail glass with black sugar
4. Strain into a cocktail glass
5. Top with Schöfferhofer Pomegranate
6. Garnish & Enjoy!
