Gosling’s DARK ‘N STORMY®

The “Signature Drink” from Gosling’s Black Seal Rum’s website is the classic Dark ‘n Stormy, which is one of the most simple, and delicious cocktails you can mix up. I love the spice from the Stormy Ginger Beer, which pairs perfectly with the delicious Black Seal Rum.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
• 4-5 ounces Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer

Method:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice
2. Fill with Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer; leaving enough room for the rum
3. Float Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
4. Garnish with a lime wedge (optional)
