Frozen Strawberry, Coconut, and Pineapple Delight

I love all the entertaining and playing with fun fresh summer flavors all year round! Today I am getting as tropical as it gets by making a cocktail in a pineapple! I have seen these at bars and always wanted one but they are SOOOO expensive.

I wondered how you actually use the pineapple as the glass and then I did a bit of research on the tool that core pineapples! It is a miracle! I bought one for $10.00 at Crate and Barrel and went to town on creating fun pineapple cocktails.
