Fizzy Herb Garden

Fizzy Cocktail Time! I am getting y’all holiday-cocktail-ready with a fun & delish recipe featuring Riunite Lambrusco. #ad I got turned onto Lambrusco a couple of years ago and I love the layers of flavor it adds to cocktails. Fun Fact: My absolute favorite food pairing is Pizza & Lambrusco. 

Ingredients:

• 1.5 ounces of gin
• 1 ounce of lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
• 2 ounces of Riunite Lambrusco
• 2 mint leaves
• 2 basil leaves

Method:

• Add gin, lemon juice, herbs, and simple syrup to a shaker
• Shake then strain into a wine glass with ice
• Float Riunite Lambrusco on top
• Garnish with lemon peel zest & fresh herbs
