Fizzy Bee’s Knees
As the holiday season approaches it’s really important with to stay hydrated with all the holiday and work parties. Luckily there are plenty of ways to do this while still having fun and enjoying a few drinks with your friends and family.
That’s why I created this Fizzy Bee’s Knees, it is a delicious spin on the classic cocktail but I swapped out the lemon juice for cranberry juice to make it a little more seasonal. I also had some Dasani Blood Orange in the fridge and thought it would really work well with the gin and honey as it adds a little hint of flavor to the cocktail and the effervescent bubbles really make it pop.
What I like most about this cocktail is that the Dasani Blood Orange is something that you can keep in your fridge and drink during the day to keep hydrated, but when you’re entertaining in the evening it is a great addition to a cocktail that just needs a little something extra.
Recipe:
- 1.5 ounces gin
- ½ ounce triple sec
- ½ ounce cranberry juice
- ½ ounce honey syrup
- Top with Dasani Blood Orange (approx. 2-3 ounces)
Method:
- Combine gin, triple sec, cranberry juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake to chill and combine ingredients
- Strain into a cocktail coupe
- Top with Dasani Blood Orange
- Garnish & Enjoy!
